I found the lack of common areas for lounging or having a drink off-putting, making it feel a bit too isolated for my liking.

the room was definitely not like the picture, more like a horror movie set with gum on the walls. also, the staff seemed to forget about my request for a complimentary upgrade, which I obviously deserved. breakfast choices were almost gone by the time I arrived.
